Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Global-Laser-Technology-Solutions FT148D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hanna-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hardy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gtr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hanna-Instruments such as the HI720 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05350356 manufactured by Hardy and we are pleased to be able to service most Hardy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2X104349001 by Manufacturer Gtr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Haas Brand 931064D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harowe-Inc such as IIBRCX300J95C equipment made by Harowe-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harowe-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harowe-Inc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MUX122 made by Guided-Wave-Inc. as well as the popular PB9M3RF0 original spares produced by Grace

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP1006 by Gulmay and IIBRCX300J95C spares by Harowe-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCD12027 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grundig.
